On the Stove:
1. Remove frozen patties from package.
2. Lightly spray both sides of pattie with cooking oil.
3. Place pattie in a non-stick skillet. Cook over MEDIUM heat for 6 minutes.
4. Flip pattie and cook for 6 minutes.
5. Product will be hot. Carefully remove from skillet.
6. Cool briefly before serving.
In the Microwave:
1. Remove frozen patties from package.
2. Place one pattie on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes 45 seconds.
3. Product will be hot. Carefully remove from microwave.
4. Cool briefly before serving.
